Do you want to be CEO?

Or do you want a wing woman who can be that for you?

HEY CEO,

You’ve built a wildly successful business.

You’re past the scrappy startup phase.

You’re ready to lead, not just manage.

To scale, not just grow.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your business is crushing revenue goals, but behind that success, you're a bit scattered and pulled in a million directions. You're in every meeting, making every decision, and your "quick lunch" is whatever you can eat between Zoom calls–Let's be honest, your DoorDash driver knows you by name.

  • Your calendar is a maze of back-to-back meetings and don't get me started on the numbers that make your head spin. Everyone looks to you for answers, and while you're good at winging it, sometimes you wonder if you're really cut out for this CEO role.

  • You're so swamped with the day-to-day dumpster fires that you don't have time to step back and plan, be the CEO, or even do the things you loved when you first started your business.

  • You're either hiring the wrong people or blaming yourself for their lack of training. You wish you could duplicate yourself, but worry no one will ever be able to "do it like you".

If you answered yes to any of these, you're in the right place!

Here’s the million dollar question

Do you actually want to be the CEO of your business?

Or do you want a trusted wing woman to be CEO for you?

The Visionary Path

SIGNS YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CEO

  • You miss designing, creating, coaching, name-your-thing-ing. Your business use to be your passion, but that passion got lost in a sea of numbers you don't understand–and don't want to.

  • You never went into this for the CEO job title. You took on the role everyone expected of you, but deep down, you wish you could fire yourself as CEO, keep the business yours, and have nobody be mad at you, ever.

  • You secretly daydream about quitting your business every other week, and feel guilty admitting that. You're making decisions like who to lay-off and what million dollar revenue stream to cut and it's not fun anymore.

You're the visionary force of your business. I'll be your wing woman, running everything behind the scenes while you show up as the face of your empire.

The Rising CEO Path

SIGNS YOU ARE MEANT TO BE CEO

  • The hobby that got you started is not your end-game. There's a fire inside of you to achieve more. You know you are meant for more, you just don't know how to get there. Yet.

  • You always knew you'd be here... that you'd be CEO of something bigger than you. You're not afraid of making high stakes decisions. All eyes are on you, but you don't resent the pressure... you crave it. You only wish you had more time to be CEO with fewer hats to wear.

  • Everyone looks to you for do-or-die decisions, but you feel like a fraud making it up as you go because you don't understand your numbers–but you want to. You desire to be the one making the big calls.

Time to stop feeling like you fell into leadership and start owning your CEO power. Let's build the foundation for your next level.

Meet Danielle

Hi, I'm Danielle!

I'm a mom of three and wife. When I'm not building LEGOs or cheering at sports games, I'm a Fractional CEO and Mentor for women owners who are ready to rise to their next level.

You might think I studied business or leadership, but I was actually drawn to something different. At the University of Arizona, I became fascinated by psychology—specifically how our emotions impact our behaviors. This led me to become a licensed therapist with a passion for working with entrepreneurs and leaders. This unexpected combination gave me a unique lens on what truly makes businesses and people grow.

By 24, I was leading people twice my age. Instead of following the traditional leadership playbook, I discovered my own rhythm. I learned that true leadership means being authentic to who you are and leading in alignment with your values. I discovered that being vulnerable isn't a weakness—it's actually your greatest strength as a leader.

I poured my heart into developing my people, seeing potential in them they often didn't see in themselves. When leadership was their path, I created opportunities for them to rise, watching them grow beyond what they thought possible. As a result, I scaled three programs from the ground up, built a team of 100+ people who would move mountains, and did it all while having two babies at home.

Running multiple locations taught me that being needed for everything isn't something to be proud of—it's actually stopping you from growing. I learned that real leadership isn't about being everywhere; it's about developing your people and being exactly where you're needed the most. When I focused on growing my team, something amazing happened: my impact grew while the need for my constant presence decreased.

After 13 years in corporate leadership, I saw how old-school leadership was killing creativity. Great ideas were dying in red tape, and potential leaders were being dimmed by rigid structures. I knew there had to be a better way.

At first, male CEOs came to me to help fix their businesses. But when I started meeting brilliant women CEOs in different masterminds and communities, I noticed a pattern. These women were crushing their revenue goals but feeling trapped by their success. Stuck in endless decisions and meetings, they had become the bottleneck in their own businesses because they hadn't found a way to truly grow beyond themselves. I realized I could help these women. That's when my path became clear.

Being both a therapist and leader allows me to help women owners see things from a different perspective. I help them navigate not just the business side, but the emotional challenges of leadership that no one really talks about.

Let's be real: leadership is hard. Behind closed doors, even the most successful CEOs question themselves. They wrestle with imposter syndrome, worry about making the wrong call, and sometimes feel completely alone at the top. I know because I've been there, and I see it in the brilliant women I surround myself with.

My background helps me spot the blind spots that often hold leaders back - the ones they're too close to see themselves. I help them work through the anxiety behind big decisions, the fear of letting go, and the pressure of appearing confident when they're figuring it out as they go.

I help you build more than just a successful business–I help you become the leader you're meant to be. One who's confident in their decisions, clear in their vision, and actually enjoys being CEO again. Because growing your business should feel exciting, not exhausting.

If you're successful but feeling scattered, if you're ready to grow differently, if you're looking for someone who gets both the business side and the emotional weight of leadership—you've found your wing woman.
