I get to be the face of the brand. I can focus on giving back. I believe in showing up for others. The more you give back, the more you get back. Because of the structure and team I have in place, I can finally focus on the areas where I bring the most value. That’s huge. I want my team’s pockets to grow, and I want the business to grow.
